Oedipus and the Sphinx Performance

Oedipus and the Sphinx Performance

I was a statue in the oracle scene where i had to move my masking and repeat what the oracle was saying.
For the king and queen of Corinth scene i was a guard and i said "Stop right there! What is that?"in a loud, tough kind of British accent.
I think the sphinx seen was the most successful because we knew what we were going to say at the same time in a very load voice in different levels of tone without forget the words in the riddle to make it as if the head is speaking with echos inside it and not saying something and the echo saying another. We were trying to show the audience that the sphinx was guarding the city from outsiders and not letting anyone out or in unless they solve the riddle and the sphinx dying.I thought that it was good because nobody forgot the words and we said it at the same time loud and clear also the dying part where we all fall on the ground pretending to be died.

  1. Note: Please use a capital letter for 'I', and the correct spelling is 'scene' rather than 'seen'.

Your reflection is good for your final answer when you talk about the most successful moment from your performance because you have written in detail. Your first two answers however are lacking description and explanation and you need to develop them a lot further to get a higher grade. You could write about what you were trying to show the audience with the way you said your line for example. 5/8 Criteria D

**Note: I cannot see your video as it does not appear. Can you upload it again or put it in another format?
