Physical Theatre Definition

I think physical theatre means when you act or communicate with body language also without speaking and doing actions that people will/might understand and maybe sometimes you speak but not always.

Here is a video of what my group did:
My group are Sophia Yusup(Abdullah), Synne and me(Zeina).

We had to pretend that we are fighting over a box and then we stop fighting.At the start we are confused and wondering what the box is but then we push each other off it like dominos falling and we also start jumping over it and pushing each other off it then we sit on each of its sides.Someone drags me away from the box then we go home and the next day on person is missing and the box disappeared we go to that person's house and see that she has the box then fight again but then I tell the to stop with hand motion and without speaking and they all back away from the box and we say sorry to each other but we want to get rid of the box so we started pushing the box away but then we all sat on it and stopped fighting over it again.
